Travelling from Rose Bay in Sydney Harbour, arrive at our seaplane base at the Barrenjoey Boathouse, Palm Beach. We will arrange for Jonah's to collect you for the short drive up to the restaurant. Elegant fine dining is the hallmark of stylish Jonah's Restaurant which is situated on the cliffs overlooking Whale Beach. This restaurant is a must for "foodies".

(Flights conclude with an orbit at the Opera House and Bridge.)

We make the table reservation for you and flights usually depart Rose Bay at 11.30am or 12.30pm - returning to Sydney at either 3pm, or 4pm. The restaurant is open 7 days for lunch.

The Beach Road Restaurant, situated on Beach Road, Palm Beach is just a 5 minute walk down the beach from our seaplane base under the Barrenjoey Headland. This restaurant offers delicious, interesting food, and most weekends, live jazz and or blues. The restaurant is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday.

(The return flight concludes with an orbit at the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.)

Children under the age of 13 fly for $255 and infants usually travel free of charge.
We can make the table reservation for you if you wish, and flights usually depart Rose Bay at 11.30am or 12.30pm – and return to Sydney at either 3pm, or 4pm.

The sublime Catalina restaurant which has been described as "Sydney's verandah” offers fine dining from a contemporary Australian menu with Mediterranean flavours. Their extensive wine selection will impress, as will the spectacular views.

BEACH PICNIC

Price: $425 pp

Fly from Rose Bay out through Sydney Heads and northwards along the fabulous Beaches and dramatic headlands to a beautiful beach in Pittwater, or at Palm Beach. We leave you at the beach for around 3 hours. Bring your swimmers, towels and sun screen, and if it is forecast to be a very hot day, some extra water perhaps. We supply a beach blanket.

We return you to Sydney Harbour on a fabulous scenic flight that concludes with an orbit at the Bridge and Opera House.

Note from Steve, your pilot: "Please note that we do not advertise a 'secluded' beach. It is almost impossible to find a secluded beach in Sydney and surrounds. We can take you to a little beach on the western side of Pittwater, however, I usually suggest that you disembark at Palm Beach where you will have the full surf beach - a couple of kilometres of sand and surf - to find a special spot, or you have the option of the calm beach on the Pittwater side. If that doesn't suit, there are many nooks and crannies amongst the rocks and sand of the Barrenjoey Headland or take a walk up to the lighthouse where you will have fabulous views of the Hawkesbury River mouth, the southern end of the Central Coast, the Tasman Sea (Pacific Ocean) as well as Pittwater to the city.

We supply a beach blanket, the picnic hamper and a bottle of fine Australian wine. Special food requirements can be accommodated.

Step from the aircraft into this newly re-established restaurant; and spend the next 3 hours enjoying the Chef’s splendid degustation menu.
